DDyna Warranty (Rev A1)
DDyna Music Company products are warranted from failure due to defective parts
or faulty workmanship for a period of two (2) years from original purchase date
(requires dated purchase receipt from approved dealer) or from manufacture date
if otherwise purchased (including second hand) for those products that have been
properly registered and reside (or have a correspondence location) within the
United States.
Product registration and warranty activation can be accomplished by filling out
the Product Registration Form on www.DDynaMusic.com, by mail or fax (requires
purchase and contact information as well device name and serial number).
Owner must obtain a RMA number from the factory prior to shipping to the repair
facility. All unauthorized returns will be subject to a $20 processing fee.
Shipment to the repair facility is the responsibility of the owner. Return shipping
will be provided for valid warranty repairs only. For invalid and/or non warranty
repair the factory will reply with a repair quote and/or return cost that must be
pre-paid prior to actual repair and/or return.
Product damage caused by accident, misuse, physical abuse, tampering,
unauthorized service, modification or improper usage are not warranted.
